How does the pickup and delivery service work?
Schedule a pickup through our website or app. Our driver will come to your location at the scheduled time, pick up your laundry, and deliver it back clean and folded within 24-48 hours.
What areas do you serve?
We currently serve a 10-mile radius from our downtown location. Check our Service Areas page or enter your address on our homepage to verify coverage.
What are your operating hours?
We're open Monday-Friday 7am-9pm, Saturday 8am-8pm, and Sunday 8am-6pm. Pickup and delivery slots are available during these hours.
Do I need to create an account?
Yes, creating a free account allows you to schedule pickups, track orders, save addresses, and manage payment methods.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
How do I track my order?
Log into your account dashboard to see real-time status updates. You'll also receive SMS and email notifications at every stage.
What if an item is damaged or lost?
We take extreme care with every item. In the rare event something is damaged, we'll compensate you based on the item's value. Contact us immediately to file a claim.
Do you offer commercial or business accounts?
Yes! We offer commercial accounts for businesses with recurring laundry needs. Contact us for custom pricing and invoicing options.
Can I cancel or reschedule a pickup?
You can cancel or reschedule up to 2 hours before your scheduled pickup time through your account dashboard.
Do you use eco-friendly products?
Yes! We offer eco-friendly detergent options and use energy-efficient equipment. Just select the eco-friendly option when placing your order.
