What's the minimum order?

There's no minimum order for wash & fold. However, orders under 10 lbs are charged a flat $19.90 minimum.

Can I choose my detergent?

Yes! We offer Tide Original, hypoallergenic, fabric softener, and eco-friendly detergent options.

How do you handle stains?

We pre-treat visible stains before washing. For tough stains, add a note to your order and we'll give them extra attention.

Do you sort by color?

Absolutely. We sort all laundry by color and fabric type to prevent color bleeding and ensure proper care.
